8:45 AM — Check-In
- Arrive at designated location and check-in with our guides
9:00 AM — Pre-Trip Briefing
- Guide and group introductions
- Canyon overview and outline for the day
- Safety briefing
- Gear up — review and fitting of your canyoning gear
Into the Canyon
- Short drive to the trailhead
- Hike through coastal rainforest to the canyon entrance
- Skills orientation at canyon entrance
- The Descent!
Canyon Exit
- Hike out and drive back to check-in point
Clean-Up & Debrief
- Gear down and clean-up
- Debrief & wrap-up - a few minutes to reflect on the day
2:00 PM'ish — Farewell!
- Swimsuit (worn under your wetsuit) — rashguard or quick-dry shirt optional
- Towel & change of clothes
- Water bottle (1 litre minimum)
- Snacks — we operate a 'Leave No Trace' trip, so please pack mindfully as all waste is carried out
- Personal medications (in a waterproof container)
- GoPro or waterproof camera (optional)

Canyoning takes place in a natural environment and carries inherent risks. All participants must complete the Waiver & Release Agreement prior to your trip.
